About Steff. portrait

Coming from a background of the arts, my interests span cinema, theatre, art, music and poetry all of which inform the healing techniques I find most powerfully transformative. I’m inspired by the work of Roberto Assagioli, the creator of Psychosynthesis, but also of Erkhart Tolle, Carl Jung, Marion Woodman, and in alternative modalities such as Energy healing, Five element acupuncture and Vedic meditation.

I came to Psychosynthesis through my own experience of 'Dis- Ease' which gives me personal insight and empathy with the suffering of others.
Although I work with a range of issues and in particular those from the creative world, I also have a special affinity with people suffering auto immune disease; using techniques to understand how the body communicates both consciously and unconsciously through it's suffering; and why this form of illness is very connected to the spiritual aspects of psychotherapy.

HOW I WORK

An initial consultation in my counselling rooms near Soho and Oxford street provides a safe space to discuss the issues you are looking to explore. There is no obligation at this stage to go further.

Once we have agreed to work together we may choose to review every six or eight weeks to help you be clear about your progress

We meet weekly at the same time for a 50 minute session.

I am open to short term psychotherapeutic counselling or longer term psychotherapy sessions depending on your needs which we can discuss when we first meet

My Psychotherapy sessions take place in rooms close to Oxford street and soho, W11 or NW4

Psychotherapy and counselling sessions soho and Marylebone are completely confidential. I work to the BACP and UKCP registered code of ethics and am fully covered by professional indemnity insurance.
